All Sales Final – No Refunds or Returns

All purchases made at OFFDADOME are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, or order errors made by the customer.

Exceptions In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
